HDAV, I have had a reply from Volvo to my message to them. They have made an offer to me and thanked me for the information I gave them.
Sadly I have no idea of any part numbers of the part(s) that may be in the offer and relative to my car nor how much the items would be before any offer of a reduction in price. I have asked Volvo UK but their Customer Service team say they don't have access to the part numbers and for me to contact the dealership!
I don't trust my dealership and feel they may inflate the prices of the accessories, reducing the value of the offer made by Volvo UK Customer Service.
Yes I'm suspicious, very suspicious.
I think I'll just stick to using the tray from my old BMW and not bother with the mud flaps.
I certainly don't think it needs a tech' to fit a pair of mud flaps!

Don't know yet, waiting for the rear flaps. Will get invoice then, but I anticipate a good price. My dealer is excellent, which I suspect is unusual.

Off topic, but the other Sunday a tatty van drew up outside the showroom, a guy in grubby jogging bottoms tatty trainers and paint stained t shirt walked in to inspect an XC90. The sales guy walked over and asked if he needed any help and would he like a tea or coffee. The response was "f*** me, you are the first sales guy to talk to me all day. I was ignored at all the other showrooms" It transpired he was in the process of renovating a property and had just sold another property for several million pounds. You never know!!
Needless to say they got the business.

You can compare prices on this website:
https://www.volvopartshop.com/exterior-655-c.asp

It shows RRP but not certain if that is with or without VAT.

If you want a fitted price look up one of the last new car pricelists for your car as mudflaps, along with towbars, etc were dealer fit prices and usually consistant whether you bought them when car was new, or added later.
Eg here:
https://assets.volvocars.com/en/~/me...t.pdf?la=en-gb
£150 fitted front and back

Update... I ordered the load compartment tray along with front and rear mudflaps from Volvo that were posted in the 'My Volvo' offer of October 2018. The parts man said they would normally be in the next day, but to give it a couple more days just incase. I said I was coming down in a week or so to have the car MOT'd would he hold onto them. No problem. 2 weeks later I went down to sort everything. Were the accessories there? No! He was very apologetic and said Volvo is having problems with the delivery of parts, some can take up to 6 weeks. Thankfully these are not essential to the running of the car. Told him to stuff it, let the parts rot in Volvo's warehouse somewhere.

Puchased these from eBay for my 2015 XC60 r design. £23 delivered bargain.

Perfect fit used the original screws. Can't see genuine volvo flaps being any better quality than these. They also say Volvo on both rear flaps.
