127 000 mile 960 BCA Enfield tuesday 30th
looks good with t5r alloys , dark green metallic and grey leather, mot december 2013
best of all its catagory c write off so will be sold with a guide price of 350, you will get that for the wheels and air mass meter, the rest is profit. or a handy 2.9 auto for bit-n-bobs. their buyers fees are about £175 per car up to £500. depending on hammer price. Make sure you understand the auction price ladder, eg a 199 bid is say 120 commision, a 200 bid is 140 commision, so the next man on the step is between 45 and 75 pounds out of pocket if they outbid you at the next commision band ,if the bidding is 25 or 50 pound increments. It pays to get the bid in at the right moment, you will pay less and win more. The "great unwashed" ( traders at auction) all know this postcode for British car auctions venue on tuesday 30th is .... 620-640 Great Cambridge Road (A10), Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3RL If it was local to me it would be going into my stash, Last edited by Diesel-do-nicely; Apr 28th, 2013 at 23:28. |

Haven't been down there for years, all I remember is that it's a decidedly dodgy place, the Saturday auctions were the worst.

dodgey venues
Since bca started to charge the buyer about £24 to fill out and post the v5 , or the application form for one , (requiring id with the vehicles new keeper's address also matching) , almost all the crooks have gone,
just use a debit card not ever cash, thats also charged at 2% !!! , and keep your i-phone in a zipped pocket, the eastern european monobrow brigade and their offspring are well known and quite organised pickpockets. |
