Very similar
Surely it's 1983 and a PRV petrol engine? Very similar to mine!

Looks in alright nick too. Wonder why it's listed as a John Deere though lol.

Wouldnt get too excited about that looks very scrappy compared to what you can pick up if you look hard enough. Theres a few nicer 760 V6s advertised at the moment even.

I had a black 1982 V6 760GLE saloon, with read leather interior, some years ago.
Incredibly comfortable, but also incredibly thirsty for petrol! Can't imagine the running costs of one at today's petrol prices. Gary

Too right, Kev.
When I owned that one, petrol was only 34.9p per litre, so running costs now would be astronomical! The family called it Messy, as the reg was MES 76Y. :-D When I drove it back to Aberdeen from York, I remember filling it up several times and my parents saying, "what, is it empty again?!" When I traded it in, the mechanic I knew at the showroom borrowed it to take some friends to Edinburgh for a wedding. He said it cost him £50 to get there and back. Doesn't seem too bad by today's fuel prices, but that equates to 143 litres back then! He did also say that he was gunning it there and back though. If I bought another one, it would only be for weekend cruising, so fuel cost isn't such an issue, but the old one was a daily driver. Gary
