Default Changing V90 Cross Country for an XC90

I’m changing my current V90 CC for an XC90 next week. Apart from the weird gear lever for reverse and the engine start/stop twisting the same way to start and also stop, can anyone think of any other changes that will flummox me ? Forewarned is forearmed and all that !
Thanks.

I have a 2017 MY XC90 and have just had it serviced and was given a new XC90 as a loan car, apart from those points mentioned the only other thing I noticed was the Park button you have to press to put it in park instead of moving gear selector.
I have a D5 powerpulse, the loan car was a B5D which had a very different exhaust note and sounded a bit noisier.
They might be other things but I never noticed any more.

Well today was the day of the changeover. So far, the above seem to be the only major changes that are noticeable to me, apart from feeding the new XC90 petrol instead of diesel.

I've not driven a T5 XC90 before so i don't know if it suffered from the safe sort of lag/hesitation that the Polestar sort of cured on the D4 V90, but initial impressions of the B5 Petrol are that it does not have any noticeable lag, especially when pulling away from junctions.

Could this be due to the mild-hybrid-electrical gubbins that are bolted onto the engine ? The dealer seemed to think so.

Interesting. I mean I know that the polestar is for mid range as well but that was a big plus of it. There is no polestar optimisation yet for the B engines.
