New Xc60 R-Design weird issue

Wonder if anyone has come across this?

When I picked up the car, it would Bing when going over the posted speed limit and would show the speed limit in the nav pane.

Today, nothing.
I have read the two manuals, the sensus nav and the full annual.

If you don't have traffic sign recognition then there should be a option in settings-guidance- show speed limits.

I don't gave that option showing in my nav source.

It does say that thus us only for cars without the road sign information function.

Now I am sure I didn't pay for the road sign information system, and again can't find it in any option under the my car menu

Really confused. I had some sort of traffic sign system, now two days later I haven't??

Anyone have any ideas??

You will get a warning boing from the satnav when approaching a speed camera and you have the voice switched on, if the voice is switched off you won't hear anything. You also get warning on the satnav screen of the speed that the camera is set to .
