120 Amazon 50th Anniversary Events

I am holding a 120 rally at Milestones Museum, Basingstoke on Sunday 6th May, it starts at 11.00am, VOC members will be able to enter the museum foc as the club will cover the entry cost for them! I have booked "the meadow" for us to park on (subject to dry weather).

I have arranged with Alan Gibson the local Volvo Dealership to congregate for a cavalcade around Basingstoke's ring road, I suggest we get there for 10.00am with a departure time of 10.30 am I will tailor the route according to traffic volume as I would like to arrive at Milestones as close to 11.00am as poss.

ALL Volvos are welcome and I have opened the event to any 120 owner, but if you are not a member then you will have to pay to enter the museum if you want to see it!

I am hoping that Steve Woodward will be able to lead the cavalcade with the Hampshire Police Ruddspeed 222, which he has restored.
