Filter housing seal
I've replaced the paper filter on my 2005 D5 (black plastic housing) but I've got a small fuel leak under the car now. I'm thinking its something to do with the seal which I replaced. Can anybody tell me where the seal should be - at the top of the housing as it screws up or at the bottom of the screw-on part if you see what I mean? Thanks

I think I know what you mean - is it about half way up the part of the housing that remains on the car so it just needs rolled onto the threads before offering up the housing?
