  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

The cost to develop it is irrelevant, the price is set at what Volvo believe it is worth as6a feature.

Should it cost pennies and everyone buy the base model then upspec then with cheap add ons?

Maybe true, but it also costs money to keep that software available to dealers (admittedly not much) but everything has a cost.
