Default Classic swede radio silence

Anyone else having issues ordering from Classic swede? Ordered a pair of track rod ends over a week ago. The money has been taken but no shipping notification, and no response to the phone, emails or the contact form on the website.

My car is out of service until I get the parts, so this is getting old fast.

I haven't made an order, but no reply yet to my web enquiry form a week ago.

He will get back to you asap , we all know Dai is not a scammer just he’s very busy and it’s January so bare with him I’m very sure contact will be made and parts shipped also ! The shipping companies and Royal Mail been very slowwwwww lately I know as my mrs sends stuff daily all across the Uk

Also tracked stuff is not being tracked properly that also I know 💯 my mrs had one yesterday showing still stuck in the post office but knows 💯 it’s not there as checked with them so it’s not always the senders fault as we all know even Royal Mail makes mistakes 😎👍

Still nothing whatsoever. I just tried to cancel the order as I can't wait any longer and the email bounced back.

Have now tried both the web form and a different email address.

This is a really poor show.

Well I'm now having a real battle.

I'm unable to get in touch with Dai at all by any means. The money for the parts has left my account and yet I've not been sent them, and I'm not able to get a refund.

Time to get a chargeback in motion. What an utter waste of time.

I sympathise with you,I also had long delays with an order placed with him. The parts eventually turned up after numerous emails. One item was incorrect but I gave up trying to make contact in the end. Not good - and being busy is a poor excuse!
