  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default Locks.???

Hi Guys , just purchased a v50 1.6 , How do you lock the car just using manual key not the fob , the manual key only locks the drivers door, need it as i go surfing , and normally lock the car using a dummy key, cheers

I presume you would lock all the doors from the inside with the switch on the door, then get out and lock the drivers door manually from the outside.

press down the button on the inside of the doors and close the door whilst holding up the external handle thats how it works on a v70 v 50 should be the same

If I recall there is meant to be a key hidy hole in one of the wheel arches for tucking the key away... cant recall which wheel or location... I'm sure someone can. I use one of those combination locks

Exactly. Sit in car with all doors shut, lock it and then pull drivers handle twice to open that door.
