Default 12v Socket Not Working

In the centre console, my 12v socket isn't working.
This is the one that is next to the drink cups, rather than the one that is in the cubby hole.

I understand the fuse for this is in the engine compartment.

The manual says:

25 - 12 V socket, tunnel console front - 15
28 - 12 V socket, tunnel console rear - 15

I guess this is the "25 - front" one?
And it should be a 15v fuse?

yes and yes (although that is 15A)

(the one on my wifes V40 keeps blowing, somewhat randomly and not always when the socket is in use ... must have a damaged wire somewhere )

Checked a few hours ago.

I'm sure the one in the car is yellow but all my mini 15amp fuses are blue.

I guess this doesn't matter (or perhaps the wrong fuse was put in?) - it looks blown any how. Will check / replace tomorrow.

My mistake, it was blue... just a lighter shade.
