940 estate dog guard, free to a good home if collected!

Hi all,
I’ve removed the dog guard from my 940 as my dog is the size of a postage stamp and hates car journeys anyway!

I have no need for it and thought I would offer it for free if anyone wants it...it has the two mounting plates but no clips to secure it up/down-they weren’t fitted to the car when it came to me.

It’s a bit rusty in places but is functional...let me know if it’s of interest, if no takers it will be tipped but I’d hate it to go to waste if it could be useful!

Its a shame your just to far from me. Currently looking for a dog guard for my 740

Do you still have the dog guard?...l have a tan interior so l would probably respray it.
We have puppy arriving in a few weeks and need to start with the right kit.

I'm aware that this has had all summer to enter the bin!! but worth a try.

Hi Andy, unfortunately the dog guard went to the great tip in the sky (well, Yeovil recycling centre!) last month, I’m so sorry to disappoint!

No worries and thanks for the kind response, l sold a 2.3 940 back in January never thinking to take out the guard that l had "meticulously" fitted in the the year before.
Decided to keep my forever faithfull Wentworth...err..... minus a dog guard.
I'm sure one will come along soon as the forum folk never fail normally.
