Hi all, Just a quick note from myself, a recent member to the Forum and have to say I am more than delighted with the service from Simon (Cheshired 5) I ordered the Vida and Dice set up last week and received a very quick response telling me stock would be in soon. Couple of days later it was in my hand. Full instructions were sent prior to the units arrival giving me time to download the operating programs and watch instructional Videos. Simon even checked the specification of my laptop would be suitable beforehand which was great. I had to contact today Simon as my skill set is very limited and I got a bit stuck. His response was within minuets and he assisted fantastically getting me up and running in no time at all. If you are looking for a Vida/Dice look no further. He is the GoTo man. You wont regret it. I'm interested in purchasing a VIDA/DICE setup from yourself for use on my 2011 XC70, but have a couple of questions if I may?

What is the current cost and lead time?

Up to what model year does the setup cover (I understand the system went somewhat 'cloud' at some point for the newer years?)

Does it allow me to do things like, for example, unwind/wind rear brakes to replace pads/rotors etc?

Dice is £135 ready to send out today. That's with 1st Class Post included which is sometimes next working day but can also take a couple of working days.
Special Delivery is available for delivery tomorrow but as it's a Saturday, it's an extra £8.

It covers most models from 1999 up to MY2015 excluding all SPA platform so not new XC90, V90, S90, new S60 and new XC60. As you correctly alluded to, they're cloud based diagnostics.

Parking brake winding is one of the many things it can do and it will have diagnostics and communication with all available modules, live data, parts catalogue and workshop manual for your XC70.

You need to have a suitably specced laptop as covered many times in the thread.

Yo, Simon, Don't know if this is better than PMing you but it's a simple "product question".
Can you cite the year range the VIDA/DICE setups you sell cover? The previous fellow's 2011 is what got me thinking.....plus the desire for a V70 newer than my '07.
