I have an 04 S80 D5 and whilst the hanbook says the car has provision for Isofix child seat fittings I cannot see anything obvious behind the rear seats.
Do I need to get some kind of bracket and where does it fit?

Thanks

Yes, you can buy them for around £25 and they just bolt in. Takes seconds.

Indeed, have two original Volvo brackets plus the nuts / bolts here. As has been said, simple job. 5mins per side and a 15mm and 17mm socket / spanners and that's it. Lift the rear sear base, place the bracket on the car body lined up with the pre-existing holes (passenger side uses the existing seat belt anchor bolt) and put a nut and a bolt in and that's it. Very simple job and nigh on impossible to get wrong. Just remember they go under the insulation, all you may need to do is cut two small slits per side to feed the "hoops" through but nothing damages the car or seats.

Pop me a PM if you'd like these, alternatively dealers and online they're about £25 to £30 each.

Cheers
