Default Ecm 250

Hi just bought a Volvo v70 and had the management light come on.

I have plugged it in and got this code from ecu: Ecm-250 additive lamda regulation.

Does anyone know what this code is referring to?
I am asuming it has something to do with the lambda sensor, i believe that this car is too old to have an additive system (if i am incorrect on that please let me know)

Thank you

It's a long term fuel trim code at idle.
If you plug your machine back in and check what your fuel trim percentage is it will confirm this.
The favourites are the MAF going out of calibration, front O2 sensor or an unmetered air leak e.g. a hose split in a vacuum pipe, intake pipe or breather pipe possibly.
Check the no cost items first like pipes etc and take it from there.
If your using Vida it's good enough to give you figures for what some of the sensors are meant to be around.
