  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

While fixing and lubing the fuel flap lock pin, I found a grey 4 pin plug under the floor

it might be for the genuine towbar wiring kit.....

I have noticed that the rear quarter windows only has one aerial on the osr but my v70 had one on each side

my radio reception is quite poor

Picture tries not to give any clues, because you've cleverly hidden the plug pin-profile, however, on the other side and I'd guess it was for the CD boot changer option, but not enough pins? On filler-cap side either towbar (unlikely, maybe does not look like enough pins, you say four? but can't see?), or rear fan option for those of us with two wet dogs, or an ex-Bifuel in which case, feed to tank.

Four pins has me bettiing fans or Bifuel loom

It is for the optional alarm level sensor.
I fitted one to one of my cars.
On right hand side.
The tow bar goes in line with the bulb failure sensor and auxiliary power feed on left, as well as to the rear lights. The same with the CD player.
