Default VPD, where's my order?

Hello all,

I've ordered and paid for a set of springs from Vintage Parts Development or VPD in the states and nothing arrives in the post. It's been four weeks.

Furtheremore the shop no longer answers my mail.

Has anyone had the same experience with this shop?

Wallowing along, Jakob

They've got a rep for being very slow. I suppose all you can do is keep trying to get in touch.

They supplied my Limited Slip Diff very fast. I spoke to them by 'phone, no problems at all.

They could be slow; but also- I'm an American expat living in the UK- I often have things shipped from my family- and it can take WEEKS- sometimes I'll get a package a few days later, other times it can take 6-8 weeks- usually due to delays at customs in the UK!
.... the company should give you a tracking number.
?or maybe the part was on backorder and they didn't tell you?

Default still nothing in the post

Hello all,
Just wanted to let you know that VPD still has'nt sent anything in the mail, just a bunch of excuses and unanswered emails. The order was paid mid Febuary. I feel it's my responsibility to let you all know that their business ethic is shoddy at best.
