It's sad too say but a lot were probably killed because of the scrapage scheme.
They're not very popular either really so most people treat them as old bangers! A real shame as my 480 is a great little car.

It does seem that way, on howmanyleft the figures have gone down dramatically in the last 5 years.

I was watching the same 460 on ebay ! Here's mine http://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?t=80340
Apart from lowering the suspension, wider wheels and fitting the boot spoiler everything else is standard. Mileage is up to about 47k and she goes like a rocket.

I've just bought a 460 Turbo on a G plate. I'm in Manchester, but the car isn't. More when I get back.

I think it may end up a stable mate for my Amazon. For what I paid it's a right laugh but it does need a bit of work. Bar one blebby door it's pretty sound.

I had a pleasant trip home after I cleared the hellish SW London traffic. Since then I've been over to see friends in Liverpool in it. They'd not seen one in a while either. I'm keeping the Richmond parking permit on the windscreen as well, just to confuse the locals.
