a new 440 (i hope)

I should be getting a new 440 on Thursday N reg 2.0 SE in white 79,000 miles, on the fore curt for £995 but I will try to get it for £850.

Mind you I haven’t seen it up close yet so it might be crap but I hope not as mine has a lot of rust on the back arches.

It would be nice to have air con, remote central locking and a drivers door that hasn’t droped.

Well I didn’t get it as it had quite a bit of rust and the engine was really rough, so it was a bit of a wasted trip.

Sorry to hear that the car wasn't what you expected - have you had a looked at the for sale section of our forum. My first Volvo was a white 440 - I've fond memories of it!

the same thing happened to me, looked great on the pictures, got there, was worse than a rust bucket.

are picky about what type of 440 you want?i was, i want a glt, for the half leather seats and things.

not the info centre thou, i wanted it, but that car was too far away!
