VCT 2000 & Interface lead (Genuine Volvo diagnostic tool) - Page 5

just had a PM from "PYAAP", I tried to reply but I don't have 30 posts so it wont let me......(I really don't see the logic behind that one but never mind, its the MODS train-set and we have to play by their rules I suppose)

PYAAP I hope you see this reply.

IS the cable you speak of a direct replacement for the VCT cable? if so, I'm in.

If its just a diagnostic link cable for use with other Diagnostic tools then I'm afraid its not what I'm after.
However I'd be interested in finding out where you had these cables made up, as maybe they could do me a VCT cable.

Mike, (outnumbered), are you saying you could find a replacement lead at all for the VCT, All the usual places I had bookmarked are all "out of stock" or have stopped any VCT stuff.

PS. Could you send me a link or 2 via PM of the ones you found. At the minute I cant even sell it on and buy a DICE as it technically doesnt work.
I've got to look at all the options.

I may also be in position to help but until I get in contact with Ashok (aka Pyapp) I can't say anymore. I think Ashok's on holiday at the moment but I've sent him a text to check on something. If all OK we may have a way forward
