Default Iphone echo in S90

Hi

I've got a 2019 S90 and everyone says that they can hear my voice twice when I use my iPhone on Bluetooth through Sensus. I've had an E class and my wife has a Mondeo and it doesn't happen with the phone in those. The car had a major software and firmware update this week at the dealers and that hasn't cured it. Has anyone got any ideas please as this doesn't seem to be a normal thing in Volvo's as I can't find any threads anywhere about it.

Cheers

Bluetooth phone quality very good in my MY17 XC90. When I speak to other family members in new BMW's, I always find they sound slightly distant, whereas in the Volvo it almost sounds like my wife has the phone to her ear.

First off, have you tried a different phone?

I know the caller can sometimes get a little bit of feedback if you have the volume of the incoming call too high in the car. But never seen or heard the problem the other way around as you describe.

Try unpairing then repairing the phone again.

If that doesn't work, try a full reset on the sensus then repair again.
