Newbie, with a couple of questions
Hi All,
I've recently replaced my S60 with a rather nice 06 plate XC90 D5 Sport-X, which I am lead to believe (by the dealer) that it is a limited run if cars that Volvo had done in the UK prior to the launch of the Sport model on the 2006 facelift. It is basically just a SE model where they have fitted nearly every option such as RTI, GSM Phone, Winter Pack, Bi-Xenon lights, Privacy Glass, Child Door Locks, Rear Screen, Speed Dependant Steering, Dolby Pro-logic Premium Stereo System, Sunroof, Headphone sockets (the list still goes on further!), the car is finished in Metallic Black and also has the Inscription leather (in Cream & Black) plus the Sport-X body kit with 20 inch wheels and a few interior finishing touches etc by Nordic (www.individualtuning.com/volvo_xc90.htm) The car is lovely but it is missing one thing an I-pod adapter, so can anyone recommend one that works! as I've tried a FM modulator without much success. Also I have noticed that I've got a crack running through the rocker switch on the front passenger door window switch. Volvo sells a replacement switch cover which is fraction of the cost of buying a new switch. But how do I remove the window switch? Will it simply lift up or do I have to remove the door card, Any Ideas? Regards, Bill Last edited by Tups74; Dec 14th, 2009 at 09:26. |
