Olive Green 850R (855) for sale
Ok, so after much thought I am going to sell my 855r. Basically because my wife won't drive it. and it was always a childhood dream to have one and i've done it now.
its done 204k with history. 1997 on a private p plate Its in good condition but has a dent in the rear quarter that was there when I bought it and never got round to fixing it's not that bad and may even push out. and its got a few very minor marks. but no lacquer peel etc. Since I've had it Its had a service, new cambelt and tensioner. new pcv, 4 wheel laser alignment and front wheel bearing. it runs perfectly. All the electrics work apart from the drivers heated seat. It has Volans and I also have two spare with no good tyres. Looking for a quick sale so asking £1300. Don't really want to go the ebay route it now has satin black volans as those were really tatty. Now needs a service so £1200 no offers I'm in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire. alanscottgraham@aol.com |

Shame it's an auto as I'd have had it off you if it was a manual.
Good luck with the sale - they are cracking cars and capable of big mileage if properly maintained.

Thanks, it really is a great car, did forget to mention it has only one stamp missing out of a full book of service stamps so I think it has been looked after pretty well.

Well, it's a great deal and if anyone is thinking of buying with a view to LPG converting, let me know as I've run mine for 40,000+ miles
on gas now and it's been brilliant.

I know what you mean, i looked for one for ages and all too expensive now they seem two a penny. so tempted to keep it but mrs wont have any of it. I drove it this morning to have the tires fitted and its so raw and quick its great. just bought a audi a4 tdi and although its very nice its never going to be the drivers car the volvo is.
Had a few queries but everyone asking if its a manual. auto i'm afraid. but it turned me into an auto lover and the audi is auto too. |
