Cool '72 145 B20E Alternator and water pump

Mine have gone pop and I cant afford the £80 repair bill for the alternator, let alone a water pump!
Cheers,
Si

Default Recon pump.

Some time back had a go at getting the bearings and seals replaced in some pumps. I may have one knocking about still. I'll only have one with the standard fan/pulley attachment - some B20Es have funny bits for the viscous fan.
Alternators less easy. Used up a few recently. What's happened to yours?
Email on markjmparry@btinternet.com especially if you're going to the BKV.

Cool

Going for alternator rebuild from a little man in the village. He's quoted me £80 inc a new regulator cos mine is knackered. I have just bought a seal set for my waterpump so I'll let you know how that goes. If you do manage to find one knocking around......
