Default 2008 C70 boot lid not opening

Can anyone tell me which fuse is for the boot lid release? For a while now It's intermittently popped - sometimes when I open the door, sometimes when I start the engine. On one or two occasions it's refused to open. Now it won't open at all. T'other night it stopped the car from locking as it popped just as the mirrors were starting to fold, then worked fine the next day, now won't open at all. No click, nothing. The emergency release in the back on the floor won't urn enough and I don't want to break the key blade by forcing it. I'm wondering (hoping) all the buggering about: clunking away while it was open, popping at awkward times etc, might've finally blown the fuse...

Normally this is boot wiring loom, plenty of other threads about this if you use the search.

Yep. Read those but was hoping (I know) it might've been the fuse. Wishful thinking...
It opened just now, perfectly. Butter wouldn't melt...

When I get into my new house I think I'm going to replace the boot wiring loom in my S40 because by the sounds of things it's going to go at some point anyway.

The boot lid on my C70 would not open last summer, it turned out to be the battery starting to fail. It would work fine with the engine running but not with if off. If you've still got problems, vtry disconnecting the battery and charging it... It may seem strange but it worked for me. A new battery and no problems since!
