V50 General : - How to check average speed?

Hello. So I have Volvo V50 Universal 2009 1.6D DRIVe and I don't know how to check average speed with "read" button. It's only shows me other messages, like "doors open, belts, etc." but is there an option to check average speed?

perhaps you don't have a fuel computer ? try turning the ring on the end of the stalk ...
