Having said that, blacks crap too. Looks lovely for 5 minutes and it's dirty again.

I think whites actually the best colour of the lot, not boring and doesn't show the dirt anywhere near as much as people think.
I don't mean flat red, I mean metallic red.

White is a terrible colour to keep clean.

I had a white Micra back in 1988, while I was driving between Aberdeen and Montrose each day.
I HAD to wash it st least three times a week, as the dirt really shows against the white paint.

Plus side with white though Gary. Shows rust well too :P

Always remember my dad's old Nissan Sunny in white. Rust showed all up the wheel arches lol

Default Replaced the V40 stereo

Replaced the HU-655 today with a Sony Mex 3900 U.

Gatos kindly provided me the cubby hole. Had to buy a couple of connectors from fleabay so that I did not have to cut through the cables.

The single din cage fits well, although had to fiddle a bit initially.

Works fine - great phone connection now !

How did you repair a side wall?

It is illegal to repair tyre walls over here, or so I was told at a tyre centre.

I didn't find the exact reg, but I agree, it does seem to be illegal:

Another busy busy day.

Finished installing the heater matrix and distribution box. All back in place at last. Installed the complete interior wiring loom and connected it all up.
Cleaned the car up ready and installed the carpets (Just the rear and front seat carpets) then noticed I forgot to connect up the under carpet fans so up came the carpets again and back down....again.

Starting to look like a car again now! Seat belts installed as well.
