Default B6304 & B6254 engine/bits.

Testing the water here. I have a B6304 engine that I was going to use in my kit car. Long story short, plans have changed and I'm going to T5 my kit car instead. It had a cylinder head skim, valve seats and valves cut, de-coked, engine bores were de-glazed, trigger wheel welded to crank pulley, new pistons and piston rings (turbo pistons), new head gasket and bolts. The engine is all assembled and has run, has no ancillaries, plastic cam cover isn't present, the cams may need timing (it was either that or the fuel/ignition control I was using, I only ever got it idling, not tuned, and it would rev but was bogging down a little). The sump is modified so it would fit in my kit car better, I have a spare standard sump from the engine below:

I also have a B6254 block, intermediate block, sump, pistons and conrods (in bits)

Other bits: couple of the stubby intake manifolds and lots of coil packs.

Are these worth anything? or would it be better to break them for parts? I have no plans for them anymore so it would be nice to get some cash for them. If anyone wants any more information or photos then let me know

Would be nice to hang on them and build a straight six turbo 245 but I lack the time, space and money

It's hard to put a value as it's not exactly a commonly used engine in projects. I'd guess that when these are bought it's to replace duff engines in 960s. I realise there's no way I'm going to get what I paid for the parts/machine shop work. May as well float a figure about... £350 for the lot (that's less than I paid just for the pistons )

Also forgot to mention I have a couple of sets of cams (early 90s i think around 1992)

Feel free to PM offers, I won't be offended
