Do you not have a petrol though? Like me, I found very little vibration came through to the cabin but my point was I'd expect it to be worse on a diesel engine due to the increased engine vibration.

Aye yeah 2.0 petrol. I remember you, or someone else saying about diesels at the time being advised not to get the mount because of that. Also read that SMFs would cause a lot of vibration too.

That said, for anyone with a diesel, I'm not sure I'd recommend it as I reckon a lot more vibration would transfer from the engine to the cabin.
So for my diesel would you recommend just replacing the mount with a standard engine mount ?

Probably for the best unless you want to risk a load of vibration, if the old one is knackered then the new rubber on the OEM standard mount should make a noticeable difference for you anyway.

Thanks very much I think I’ll go stick with standard mounts just to be safe. Going to inspect them when I can although I think it’s the torque mount that’s the issue
