Normally the issues you're having are because the phone and car haven't fully forgotten each other, it seems you may have made them forget each other now but the phonebook issue would scream permissions in either your phones BT settings or maybe if you run an AV app on the phone that's standing guard, I'd check the phones contacts permissions next tbh.

In Bluetooth settings on your phone 'forget' all stored devices. In Bluetooth settings on the car do the same (remove/delete/forget any devices).
Then put the car into 'discoverable' mode in the TEL>bluetooth settings (do this with engine running). Then on your phone turn bluetooth on and search for devices. Your phone should see the car and display its name and if you select it both the car screen and your phone screen should prompt you to confirm/accept a PIN code to begin the pairing procedure. Once you have accepted the message and OK'd on both car and phone screens they should pair. Once paired they should connect automatically thereafter. |
