Scottish Mini Meet pictures.(Pitlochry)

Well that was one hell of a good meet...a big thankyou to all those who turned up,the old faces and the many new faces me and Roger had a excellent time..was good to see Simon(Cumbrianmale) back in the driving seat again after his mishap a while back..had many chats with with owners of some magnificant machines my favourites was the 144 Deluxe and 122S...the 144 i passed on the M8 and as i was passing Roger said thats going to Volvo meet nah i told he cant be but i was very wrong an hour after i arrived the 144 pulled in..the condition of that car was absolutely fabulous would put any modern/new car to shame..bugger! it even had the brand new car smell...As for Locky he is "god" for meets wish we had him around the midlands to organise something here too with such a fantastic location..indeed it was all well worth the travel from brum...

as for that car-s60mbs, ive heard he gets his kids to clean it and he takes all the credit!

Thanks also goes to everyone who turned out. Quite a few new faces there too, many of them not forum based, although they were VOC members, so the mail shots and events details posted in 'Driver' magazine really work.

A really fantastic meet with plenty of Volvo chat and good banter. Looking forward to the next meet at Inverness, which if this one was anything to go by, should be excellent.

yes it was a good enjoyable day out with ok weather,
i hope the turnout for inverness is as good so i can show off my working progress as it is, in bits

Forgot to mention the 'Scottish Section' stickers are very good quality, very eye catching, with both the VOC badge and the Saltire, have mine on my cars already !

Glad everyone had a good time - and the weather held out. Had to miss out, as I feared, due to work commitments. Hope to be at the next (close by)meet.
