Default 12v power supply source?

Hi guys, as the title suggest, I’m looking for a 12v power supply to connect a tracker.
Both my cigarette lighter & USB supplies are only live with ignition on, which is ideal so it won’t drain the battery but struggling to gain access.

Any ideas please?

Many thanks,
Steven

Look behind the carpet on the passenger side where their right foot goes. There is a fuse box and from memory fuse 22 is the front cigarette socket.

Use a piggy back fuse holder.

Just a thought if you only have the tracker when the ignition is on it is of no use if they steal it and put it on a trailer or flat a back?

As Whyman says, forget about the switched 12v, it needs constant power and it won't drain your battery.

I fitted a tracker to mine a while ago and I put it behind the plastic cover under the boot floor (Shhhh... don't tell anyone). I took the power from the cables that connect to the trailer module, one of which is 12v constant live.

I've been thinking about fitting a second tracker (because now they know where the first one is) and I'd thought about whipping the glovebox out and tapping into the 12v feed from the battery and hiding it somewhere up behind the dash.

Hope that helps.
