Default Xc60 2015 auto seat and mirror memory function

Has anyone had an issue with this? And what is the cure? I share the car with the Mrs so have memory set to the remotes, this worked for a few weeks now occasionally I will open and get in the seat will move but mirrors stay in the wife's setting, I press my memory button and mirror's then move but if I get out and back in they revert to wife's settings. Also for the wife the will move to my settings, not all the time, it will happen 3 or 4 time's then nothing for a week. It has been back to Volvo as it is a selekt car but they can't find nothing wrong, it's had a new battery as kept coming up with battery low and stop start is erratic at best. Any help would be appreciated before I harass the dealer again.

The minute anyone mentions stop/start now I immediately think of the reset battery management. I assume you’ve done all that?

Is there any chance you may be touching the controls as you get in/out of the seat? I'm not a small guy and sometimes I touch a button with my thigh as I get out. It is very annoying and one of the few things that I don't like about the car, the position of those buttons. I try to set them all to the same positions, thankfully the wife doesn't feel comfortable driving the car because of its size and the fact I treasure it so much.

I would hope the dealer has looked into it, unfortunately I feel like they aren't taking me seriously because it is a pain in the arse to replicate, last time I was there the stop start had not worked for weeks then when I pulled on to the forecourt it cut out. Since having a new battery it seems better but mirrors still doing there own thing even if I get out and back in without turning the car off.

I'd re-program the seat memory buttons, see if that helps?
