Default Replacement wing mirror has reversed all sensors

Hi all, new to forum so apologies if this has been dealt with but nothing has come up on a search. I replaced a smashed wing mirror (courtesy of an Audi driver) earlier in the year but it came from a left hand drive car. This seems to have reversed the sensors on the car. Front sensors left showing right etc. Also mirror controls are reversed. Is there an easy reset or is it a visit to Volvo or independent? Thanks (SE Lux 2011/2012 cross over model)

Hi, when you say wing mirror, do you mean the whole door mirror assembly was replaced?
Also, what sensors is it that are round the wrong way now? How does this manifest itself?

Was it the driver's side mirror you replaced, with one from a LHD car? Doesn't that imply that you are missing the temperature sensor now?
The external temp sensor is located in the driver's side mirror, but I don't know if there's a "spare" one in the passenger side mirror as well.

I'm also not fully understanding which sensors are mixed? Do you have BLIS?
