Default Osf window and safety feature issue

Hi folks, got another one for you, my osf window goes up in manual mode, but in auto mode it goes all the way up and then drops back down again, it's as though it's sensing something in the way but I cannot feel anything at all, does it need resetting, like my old laguna, you had to reset them sometimes by lowering it all the way and back up again 3 or 4 times,, does the volvo have this or is it knackered?

Lower the window fully , then raise the window and keep your hand on the switch for 5 seconds , if that does not work it has to be done on the diagnostic equipment .
