Sat Nav/Phone: - Constant Beeping....Speed Cameras

Hi,

I just purchased a 2005 54 plate CX90 and everything was going well until I came in distance of some fixed speed cameras.

The speakers start beeps in the three beep bursts and continue even if you are within the limit.

Can anyone tel me if this is an inbuilt function or some extra kit the previous owners has added and if so, where could I find it to turn it off.

I would imagine that you can't just disable the bleep, the camera database will be a POI file so just remove or turn off the file.

Hi Mate,

Thanks you for replying so quickly but I had no luck with you recommendation. I get the beeping even when the SatNav is turned off!!
