Default Revs dropping out

Hi, I have a petrol c30 with the 1.8 engine. I'm having trouble with the revs when bringing the car to a halt and putting the clutch in. The revs drop to 200-300, then go back to normal. It doesn't happen every time but it's really annoying when it does happen. I've cleaned the throttle body and checked all vacuum pipes and they are all fine. Can anybody help with a solution to my problem? Thanks.
