Default SC-901 loom

Can anyone explain why the 14 pin rectangular connector that fits into the back of the SC-901 has two permanent 12v supplies (Green/Brown and Red/Black). Also why are there two ground cables (Black)?
Hoping one of you techie blokes out there can throw some light on it.
Thanks.

Possibly one circuit for the onboard amp and the other for the electronics. Lessens noise for a better sound?
