Congrats, your sure to love it!

Mine is also a 08 D5 R Design and i've had it for 2 years. You'll enjoy the growl + the fuel ecomony, and considering its a high performance diesel i'm still getting on average a combined 42mpg during the warmer season, this dropping down to 35-32 during the colder months. Was even down to 27mpg earlier this year but we certainty had a cold winter!

Enjoy!

I'll grant you that the flaps need sorting but I love the wheels. Bit more understated and 17" gives a slightly better response.

Nice motor, I bet the suspension is better than the 18" Medusa wheels mine sits on.

I also lost the `shopping trolley` spoiler and went for the Lip spolier instead. Personal preference I suppose. :-)

I had lightweight 18's on mine, and stock 17's

Much better to drive on the 17's, makes a huge difference - esp on harder springs like mine.

I'd never order a car with the bigger wheels now... but they do look the bees

I think yours looks good, understated - goes harder than it looks - that's what a Volvo is all about.

I like my shopping trolley Spoiler.... you can rest your flask of coffee on it when you're at the Volvo meets

Not a fan of the lip spoiler myself. Well pleased with the trolley one and the rest of the car! Fuel economy better than expected and what a noise! Problem is the 2 don't get along...
