Default warning light Charging Failure: Service Urgent

Hi, Can anyone assist, Volvo V70 Mkiii 2011.
This appeared this morning:

Warning light 'Charging Failure: Service Urgent'

Stopped car turned off engine restarted and drove Warning light came back on within 2 minutes.

Had to Stop again for fuel warning light back on after light 10 minutes (3 miles).

Lights for Abs, power steering and Auto Gearbox light failed managed to get home. Battery dead (measured at 12.3)

I am thinking Alternator, but poss battery. Changed Battery 18mths ago for Bosh 6yr.

However, just a thought the Alternator Belt snapped 4 mths ago tried to replace it and wrong one arrived so I was offered another which was .5 larger size, took that and didn't replace tensioner, car has has run without issue over that time. But Could the replacement belt be causing a lack of charge.

Thanks for reading and replying.
