  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

When was the 'incident'?
If it was recent, definitely worth reporting to the police as failing to stop after the accident when there's damage to third party property is an offence.
How seriously it gets treated may vary but, as said, at least it should be some leverage to persue an insurance claim.
Just be aware that the 'innocent' driver could also be charged with not reporting the accident if too much time has elapsed and there's always the risk of who hit who being used by the other party.
Might also be worth checking to see if there's CCTV or traffic monitoring in the area which may have recorded the lorry being there.
