Wanted: 2003/2004 Volvo XC90 D5 SE or Executive

Hi,

I have a shortlist of cars - the XC90 is there.

Needs to be a Diesel, prefer an Executive but SE is ok.

History essential - as is well looked after condition wise.

Colour, Silver is my favourite but all others considered.

Please no over inflated prices, honestly there are some private sellers asking more than dealers - please be realistic.

Depends on the year, mileage etc

I find a good guide to realistic prices is the free CAP valuations from vauxhall PLUS add anything from £600 - £900 for a private sale or look at completed items on eBay. What Car valuations etc are not a good guide in my experiance.

I will have a red Volvo XC90 available at the end of November (possibly earlier). It's done 70000 miles, SE spec with additional heated seats, lumbar support with the electronic seat adjustment for the driver's seat, speed dependent power steering. Beige leather which is a bit grubby but will probably clean up well. We have 2 girls, so it didn't get slaughtered by rugby boots, dirty kit etc. Body work is good, although there are a few dinks as expected for age of car - probably about 6.

4 wheel drive has been restored to this car 18 months ago as it suffered the usual 2003-2005 4wd issues and became 2 wheel drive! We also had the steering rack reconditioned at the same time. July registered 04 and had new tyres in last year and only done about 4000 miles at most since. Rearmost row of seats hardly used, so very clean and almost like new. Hifi and everything else works as it should. No known problems.

MOT till end July next year. Serviced last in jan/ February, at a Volvo specialist, but until warranty ran out was serviced at a dealership. Full service history. Not driven hard.

Sorry for the delay in responding (I've also had a private message but sorry I don't seem to be allowed to reply until I've had 30 posts). I don't check on here very often. No, I haven't sold the car yet. my new one is due around 28th of this month so I won't be selling it until then. I have got it set up for part exchange, but if I could better that price it would be worth selling it privately.Is there anything else you wanted to know about the car? Hello I have a 2003 03 Volvo xc90 D5 SE AWD silver with black leather interior. The car is in fantastic condition for its age. it comes with a tow bar on as well, the car is taxed until Feb 2012 and MOT till 1st march 2012 it has done 117 thousand miles. and has just been serviced in the last month.
I have attached a picture of the car and can get more of the interior or exterior if you require or you can come and view it.

The car can also be collect anytime as my new car has arrived

I still can't get the photos to work properly, but here's hoping you can see this. The car has actually not quite done 70000 miles yet and the tyres are all still at 4, so won't need changing for a while (Contenentals). Wheel bearing done in Feb 2010, rear brake pads and discs done in June 2009. I now only do about 6000 per year at most. All documentation kept and all work done by Volvo specialist.
