There's nothing quite like the sickening thunk on the back of the head only obtained from a heavy hatchback tailgate with dodgy gas struts. Ouch!

I have owned 4 x 3 series in the past, 3 were hatch and the last was a saloon.
If I ever get the opportunity to buy another it would definitely be of the saloon type preferably 360 model.

I've had only hatches but not by my own will. Its just what's cone up or I've been able to afford at the time. I fear I am moving the the dark side (white blocks) so I may never get a saloon but fingers crossed I do! Will make a change not having to look up to make sure you don't wack your head when closing the boot

Saloon or hatchback
i think the hackback would be a better and more useful car to have but i will vote saloon because i think they are more rare car.
