Default wanted - 240 door hinge

Hi,

I'm looking for a good used hinge for a 240 right rear door; the lower hinge.

I need one with very little wear, having a strong, well-defined action on the check stops.

Any colour is fine.

Please PM me.

Thanks

John

John i have pm you twice to say NO its not enough,i sent one last night and another tonight.Remember i dont have to sell and the price on my receipt says 29pounds and 43pence plus vat and that was in 2001.Both my wife and i agreed that a proper price for a new item should be 35pounds including postage..I would suspect volvo prices would be higher nowadays,so thats the price,,ime sorry i cant go lower.if you think its to high then i would say go for a good s/hand one..regards sunnyvic

Hi sunnyvic,

Sorry, it seems there might be a problem with PMs. I didn't get one of yours and perhaps you didn't receive mine. Repeating here just in case:

I understand fully. I'd happily pay £35 if I knew that the hinge would fit my car, but it's a 740 item so I'd be taking a risk that it would fit, so at that price I'll pass on your kind offer.

Many thanks anyway - no hard feelings!

Best wishes

John
