it drives sweet too....pic was taken in Plymouth last week. Made it there and back no probs 450 mile round trip,,,,i didn't want to use it but my other car let me down 2 days before i had to go,
Car will be receiving an oil and filter change, new plugs, new 22mm HT leads. new power steering fluid, handbrake cables and shoes as i have all these and they need doing shortly. i will be having the sport roof spoiler fitted and the boot carpet cleaned then in my eyes she will be ready for sale to the mainstream. i am in no great rush, this is the busiest time of year for me work wise so little time for cars, If anyone is serious about buying it i am happy to arrange a viewing, £3k is the price i need and it is worth every penny. In an ideal world i would not be selling it, It still surprises me the amount of appreciative comments i get every time i wash it....more than i have ever had with way more exotic machinery. It just has that X factor,,,,, it is not for everyone, the mods i have done will only be full appreciated by a real driver, It is the ultimate sleeper if someone were to take it to the next level and give it some power mods. all the hard work is done, i still have some performance parts left which can be negotiated seperately i.e ipd camshaft, silicone hoses. 17" wheels, Brembo brake kit etc etc i guess the market is fairly small, i have a number of people interested pending better pics which i don't want to take until it is as best as it can be and presented how i would be happy to see myself if i were viewing it.... i am confident the first person to view it will buy it...i would much rather sell it to someone off the forum who i know will appreciate and take care of it as i have... Just some observations from me - If you want to sell you need to make a bit more of an effort with the advert with some pictures. You’re asking top money for a volvo 940 yet aren’t including any interior shots or engine bay shots. At this money you’re gonna be looking at an enthusiast buying so the more detail and pictures you can provide the better.
