Default Advice on suspension

I got a s40 2.0 d sport recently and at some point someone has lowered it with coilovers .. the nearaide front is terrible whenever I hit any bump it's just like theres absolutely no absortbtion at all .. the drivers side isn't great either but the near side is definitely something very wrong

I had someone look at it and he said that the suspension is working ok and he just suggests to put standard shocks and springs on it..

Only thing is i want to keep it low ..

Does anyone have any suggestion for a set of front shocks and springs that are not really expensive?

Thanks

Eibach springs & Bilstein B4 shocks get good reviews round here.
