  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.

how do i change side light bulbs on s40 (in trim)

This depends on what year the car is. earlier ones you have to change the whole lamp as the bulb is not changeable. later ones the lamps do prise out and you can sap the bulbs in easily enough. you don't want to mark the trim though so you need to take car removing the lamp. they are hed in with a 'springy' clip thats part of the lamp housing attaching it into the bumper trim, but its easy enough to do this.

can be very tricky if you have the xennon bulbs due to lack of space

my above advice was for the fitting of side marker lamp bulbs in the bumper mouldings... (only went for those as he said 'in trim' and i was thinking he meant in the bumper trim).
