New v60 owner
Hello
I have just taken ownership of a 2017 v60 D4 RDesign Nav which I love. A couple of questions though if you could help me please. Firstly on the radio, when I select DAB radio the screen says not available. Does this mean the car isn’t equipped with DAB or it’s just not working? Also I have two keys for the car, one has the metal blade but the other doesn’t, is this correct? Sorry to ask but I bought the car from a deceased relatives estate so can’t speak to the previous owner as he’s no longer with us......thanks in advance.....Nick |

Hi, welcome to this bit of the forum!
Both my keys have the metal bit - you wouldn’t be able to attach them to a key ring otherwise? I’m not sure about the DAB - I think it was standard so it sounds like it’s faulty - I believe the modules under the boot floor so it’s worth taking out the plastic under tray and checking all the plugs to the modules under there are secure. |

Both faults should be covered by warranty either from the supplying dealer or it might just be covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Even if it is just over 3 years old worth asking for Volvo to consider covering the cost of sorting out the DAB.

If it is a Volvo Select car then it should still be covered by tha warranty.

Thanks everyone - looks like a trip to the dealer is needed. This is the message I get on the screen. Does anyone know the name of the stereo / infotainment system? Thanks

Volvo call it “Sensus”.
It looks like you have a filter active which could be hiding the stations. Here’s a bit from the manual about how to select which genres are shown: To select programme type, in the normal view for the DAB source, press OK/MENU and select Programme type (PTY) filtering. Turn TUNE to the programme type that is to be marked/unmarked. Mark/unmark the programme type with OK/MENU. When the desired programme types are selected, leave the menu system using EXIT. Try ticking all the genres and you might get the stations showing up. |

Have tried the above but still not picking up any channels. Next stop main dealer to get them to investigate
