2005 s60 fwd d5 rear camber adjustable query?

Why is my local volvo dealer telling me my rear camber is adjustable, but there is physically no way of adjusting it as standard? And how can I get 4 wheel alignment/camber done if the rear camber cannot be adjusted as it is now. (Not toe)

Like I told you , only the toe in the rear is adjustable ,
the Volvo garage you went to are idiots , do not use them, if they don't know this and are telling you BS,
you still need a 4 wheel alignment as the rear toe needs to be inline,
Did you try and check with a string like I told you to get it very close,
IPD USA do press in offset bushes so you can press them in to change the rear camber, but this is only for the AWD R models,

Hi, I haven't tried the string as I can't work out how to get the string to actually touch the wheel as the tyres are wider?

Hi Tommy
you do want the string to make contact with the tire, you need it away from the tire, say 30mm, you measure the from one side of the wheel rim and then the other side of the same wheel rim (side from the centre of the wheel/hub cap) look on youtube about tracking using string,

Front or rear it is still the same way , you just adjust in different places ,

also these are very good, you drive over it and it tells you if you are off,

Will it make a difference if i have wheel spacers on? 15mm on the rear and 12mm on the front

Hi I would take them off so you know front and back are the same for when you measure,

did the spacers change the handling of the car

I've not driven the car without the spacers on so I don't know. I've booked the car in for 4 wheel alignment on Thursday, but I intend to keep the spacers on indefinitely. Will they be able to do the alignment with them on?
