Have you booked a service plan at Preston Motor Park?
If you have a current service plan from Doves Volvo Preston and you are expecting to get a Volvo approved service with all the software updates, etc.
It just won`t happen. You will get a regular service no updates no anything despite what they proclaim on their website. The plan is refundable at any time so don`t be caught out. |

No,would be nice but received £92 refund from plan provider.
Requested a final response from Preston Motor Park by this Saturday so depending on that I will see exactly how far to take the matter.. My wife commented would they treat a long standing Rolls Royce customer in the same way? Imagine 4 consecutive RR approved services in your service book followed by a Fiat stamp. Same outrage for me pal |
